I cannot say enough great things about Renee at State Farm under Maddie Taylor’s office. Over the past couple of days, I truly needed help, and Renee went above and beyond in every way. She helped me save a significant amount of money, found discounts I didn’t even know existed, and helped update and clean up my policy completely—including adding my husband now that we’re newly married. Renee is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and stress-free. We’ve been customers with State Farm for years now and are so grateful for our dedicated rep, Jimmy! Anytime we need anything, there’s no talking to a robot or being transferred to different reps throughout a call center, we go straight through to Jimmy and I’m not sure if he takes any days off because it seems like he’s always there to answer. He’s so knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional and it feels good to know that if I need anything or have any questions, I can just pick up the phone and call him. He’s is largely responsible for our happiness as customers with State Farm!

Imagine suffering a loss and being given the run around by a major corporation who is then trying their best to pay you as little as possible. And when you call your local agent, you’re told that they have no power over claims. They only sell policies and harass potential customers to do so. I’m encouraging everyone I know to leave Star Farm and never return.
