She was patient and considerate to all of the concerns and questions I came with. She also worked with me tirelessly to ensure that my insurance policy for my family and I was handled with care. She called the right people and made decisions regarding my policy (with my consent and approval) that was in my best interest. John Reyes-Vargas was the agent I really with. He assured me I had sixty days to replace my roof for the home I just purchased to meet their requirements, but a little over thirty days my policy was cancelled. Even after providing proof that the roof was replaced, it was still insufficient. He would not respond to my message asking to remedy this situation. Edit: the automated comment by the "owner" shows they don't actually care
