From the moment I met Keryn , she made me feel welcome. Matt overheard our conversation and came in her office and introduced himself and said “you got a minute, let’s talk”. After a brief time in his office, he got the job done. He’s very knowledgeable, personable, and wants his customers to leave satisfied. I’m so pleased I was given his Thank you Matt!

Had full coverage on Auto with Matt years ago. Someone hit my car and did damage. When I reported it to Matt, he told me I needed to call their insurance and settle. Who knew? I thought he was suppose to do that for me.

So I’ve been with Matt for about a year now. Just like you I have several options for insurance. Matt and his team maintain a high level of professionalism while making me feel like not just a number. Was a long time USAA customer that shopped around to keep them honest after purchasing my first home. Matt’s team not only tailored a policy around my needs but also my budget. Recently I needed a simple form sent to my bank…. So I made the call in to his office. After one ring Matt himself answered and was created with “hey Nick”. Within 30 seconds he assured me the task would be handled promptly and I had no need to worry. Matt checked in and asked how my family and kids were doing and I went about my day. Never had any issues with Matt’s insurance until it came time to cancel. Prior to cancellation I paid fair prices. Then over a month ago I was charged after I had cancelled my insurance plan and was told it would be back dated and I would get the money back it would just take some time. Another month goes by and I was charged again, called and Cindy was nothing but denial and combative that we did not have this conversation. Now i am out over 100 dollars I do not have and left with a bad taste in my mouth. In the future would’ve preferred and apology instead of excuses.

Matt Montowski far exceeds a 5 Star review. If I could give a 6 Star or higher he would well deserve more. Communication levels are over the top. He always finds you the lowest rate. Best decision anyone could ever make would be to have your insurance with this company.
