My planned ended end of November. Call in October and told them not to renew my plan. December 2nd and they billed me. I live on a budget and it overdrafted me. Im still waiting for my money back and now im in hole with overdraft fee and late on other bill because im waiting to get my money back. Horrible customer service.dad they take advantage of people and there money!!
