The business hours listed for your office are incorrect, which caused me trouble reaching you. Additionally, my car’s VIN number was entered incorrectly on my policy. Because of this mistake, I was pulled over, and my car was towed, which caused me many other issues

I had a terrible experience with this company. I was overcharged, and it seemed like he assumed I wouldn’t check my receipt. When I reviewed it and saw an extra $100 charge, I went back to ask why. He looked shocked but had no real explanation. On top of that, he never answers phone calls, repeatedly enters the wrong email for me, and makes it nearly impossible to reach him. If you try to file a claim, you will never win—the whole process seems designed to avoid accountability. I wish he actually knew what he was doing, but at this point, it’s clear—he is just a scammer. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

No one answers your call. Pretty much worst customer service. Please do not come here. Rude and do not care for customers.
