I was never one to deal with insurance agents, face-to-face. I usually called the company if I had an issue, but I never really knew who I was speaking to her because I never met them. Having Jay as my agent has been a pleasure. He has really looked out for me and offered me nothing but his honest expertise. This company needs more people like him. I only chose to speak to Jay because I was not happy with the way I was handle by another agent. She was not a people person. To be honest, Jay is the reason why I have not left State Farm. He is not pushy, he works with my schedule and lets me know what will be best option for me. He clearly does not do this for the money. Thank you for having Jay work for your establishment. Please don’t let him go.

I have been a State Farm Insurance policy holder since 1997. I’ve been super-happy with their service and guidance on my homes, vehicles, etc.. I especially love dealing with Maria Gangemi, who is office manager at the Matt Staropoli Agency located in Garnerville, NY. She’s been my “go to” person since the beginning! She deserves 10 stars!!!

Very good service every time I called for a quote, Jay got me the best quote help me out with a lot of things. As far as looking, if there was any accidents on a vehicle for me and looking out for my best interest in Insurance with rate increases I probably would of let if it not for him
