Gaby did a great job talking me through all the options and figuring out which ones were necessary for my case (new auto insurance policy). She saved me ~$90/month compared to my current provider with the same coverage just by asking good questions and explaining how redundancies/overlaps in my health insurance. Sad I couldn’t get homeowners insurance through them, will try at a later date.

Bought both auto and renters insurance through this office from Sept 2024 to June 2025. I decided to cancel in June as their insurance was double what the other company offered. Today is Sept 17, 2025. I haven't received the refund checks yet. It has been 3 months since the cancelations. After 3 months of waiting, I was told to contact State Farm myself after 5pm to talk with billing department directly. Incompetent at its best. Do not recommend this office. You can find the same coverage for half of the cost.
