Matt Ciani - State Farm Insurance Agent

READ THIS before choosing this Agent. I would NOT recommend this State Farm Location. There are many other great offices in the area, so go with a different State Farm Agent. Within 1 month of moving to Overland Park (From Denver), I had a sump-pump failure which flooded my finished basement, and here is a summary of that experience: When setting up my policy, I specifically asked that my basement be protected from any 'flooding' since I had a lot of expensive recording equipment, home theater setup, and a finished bar. I never once even spoke to Matt Ciani when setting up my policy (though I tried several times), and his assistant assured me that everything would be protected from water damage.
