My mom had home owner’s insurance through her mortgage through them, when she passed and I assumed her mortgage. I then paid off her mortgage and thought I would just keep home owner’s insurance through them. My contact was Jennifer. I first left a message for her because she was in a meeting. I called 2 weeks later because I hadn’t heard from her and they put me through to her. I told her my situation and she asked me a few questions and said she would get back to me. I confirmed that she would call me and she said yes. I called back a few days later because I hadn’t heard from her but she was on the phone and the receptionist took my name and number. Needless to say, I never heard from her and I just switched to NJM with no hassle and for a cheaper price. A terrible customer experience,
