Their customer service team is the absolute worst ever. They took over a month to response to me. I am going to move all my insured stuff. All because their team could not spend time to listen to my needs and help out. They especially could not be bothered to RESPOND! I mean how hard is it for you to reply to an email or call?!?! Obviously they think of the customer last so STAY AWAY!

They partner with my mortgage company and use scare tactics to try to get you to contact them. "Reminder: Your USAA insurance may increase to $2645 on 07/22/2025." Completely false. Wasted my time contacting my insurance company to find out they were lying. I will be contacting my mortgage company as well.

STAY AWAY from this company. They made a mistake on my VIN number and provided zero help resolving it. If you need any help beyond initial setup of a policy, you'll just end up with endless 'agents' who read from a script, bouncing you from one to the other. Even when they promise to escalate to their management, nobody will contact you.

They did a great job finding me a much better rate on my home insurance, saving me a lot of money. The insurance agent (Cicily King) that I spoke to was very positive, energetic, knowledge and thorough. She clearly loves her job and is good at it! I will be using Matic's services again to find a better home insurance company and one that also offers bundle discounts for auto as well. Thanks Matic!

We have a statement saying our insurance was paid in full from December of this past year 2024. It even shows the vehicle and exact dates of coverage. I filed a claim through the app, was able to get service. After the service I was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. When I called in and checked on my claim; I was told my insurance was canceled. Why would something I paid for in full to June be canceled. I should have never made the switch from USAA. I saved 40$ a month and this means that I have been uninsured since December even though my statement states that we are covered and the policy was paid in full. How does a company that specializes in insurance screw up this bad? Not only that but I had to go through 3 representatives before one could tell me the policy was canceled.
