The Absolute worse Insurance you could possibly Have!!! The Representatives are More than unresponsive!! Basically called me a liar saying you couldn’t see Deer hair and laughed about it?? But shoutout to Tim he was the most responsible and actually put effort into getting me answers and into a rental!!
Absolute rubbish, first they cancelled my policy the DAY OF the accident and were trying to say I would have to pay out of pocket, and it took them forever to fix that, and now every time I call I get sent to voicemail and NEVER got a call back despite leaving voicemails. It would never be this hard with reputable insurance companies like Statefarm, Allstate, or even Peogressive. To top it all off they said that I failed to co-operate with MAI in the investigation of this loss or claim. More like they failed to co-operate with me. They need to be investigated by the BBB because a company taking thousands of dollars from me per year should not have these issues.
I have been with this insurance company for a few years now. My policy renews in December, I am shopping around for a better rate, I've had no accidents, no tickets, no traffic infractions in well over 15 years and no one including me understands why I'm paying so much for liability. I don't even drive my car that much.
I have been dealing with this insurance for over a month now, they have sent out two appraisals to check on my vehicle that has been at the shop. Conveniently both of them went on vacation before they could appraise my vehicle. My body shop has also been trying to contact them to get this sorted, to whom they are also not contacting. I am SICK AND TIRED of waiting for any kind of action from this insurance who’s drivers are also at fault for the accident. I have been asking for a supervisors information to which they also fail to provide. If you can avoid this insurance, do so at all cost. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Shit professionalism.
The adjuster who assigned to our claim has been extremely unresponsive and difficult to work with throughout our claim process. We were hit by a policyholder under Maryland Auto Insurance, unfortunately, despite multiple calls and emails, we have received no response or meaningful communication from out adjuster. It’s incredibly frustrating to experience such a lack of follow-through, especially when we’re simply trying to resolve a legitimate claim. If your company is responsible for covering the damages, you should honor that obligation promptly. Delays and avoidance not only damage your credibility but may ultimately drive customers away.
