Mary Ripkin: Allstate Insurance

I was looking for a new agent because mine retired and wanted someone I could go to their office and speak freely with them one on one and she's right in my area.

Only stayed as long as I did because of covid 19 and illness. I hated every day that this AGENT held my policies, both auto and home. Never have I been talked down to or felt more bullied than speaking to Mary... The day I met her she even "dissed" my Samsung phone (as she loaded their App) and told me to get an Apple. When I asked for ID cards I was told to down load them. REMINDED Mary I didn't do computers. Mary's policy required me to "log in" when going to drive. So when I did NOT sign in.... my rates went up IMMEDIATELY, not the next renewal period. She did send a birthday card 6 weeks early. I even called and asked that she NEVER take out the payment. Told her I was changing accounts because I didn't want the spiel. When I called to cancel my Allstate policy Mary said I was "REQU

Mary and her team at Allstate Insurance were great in getting me setup quickly with home and auto insurance on a very short time notice. They help me navigate through all the details and got me the perfect policy.

Mary is always very rude when i speak to her idk why she always has a attitude and making smart remarks talking to someone like they are a child i understand there is policies and regulations that have to be followed but customer service should be 1#. Again Mary is very rude on several occasions i have spoken to her. Get brushed off and i do not appreciate how i have been treated/talked to by her and her tone.

This agent Mary Ripkin is only nice until you cancel your insurance policy. I cancelled my policy and switched to Geico on the exact same day, with no lapse way before my next payment was due. They spitefully sent my account to a collections agency knowing I switched on the exact same day and had a zero balance. This agent never even contacted me about any type of payment being due. The agent and her assistant Sherry were rude and nasty once I told them I was switching. I was supposed to have the accident forgiveness program but they never put in that particular policy. I was not made aware of that until I had a very minor scrape of a car in a parking lot kind of accident and they jacked my rates up over 50%!!!!!!!They claimed i never signed up for the accident forgiveness policy when in
