Just switched to this agency and they were nothing short of amazing. They took care of making the switch as easy as possible plus they were able to save me money! Would highly recommend this family-owned agency!
One star is generous. The customer service at this Allstate office in Massapequa Park is unacceptable. They are rude, dismissive, and lack basic professionalism while I was trying to resolve a simple issue that happened. This office clearly does not value its customers. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
Trust me, you’d rather sign yourself up to go to the DMV everyday (irony is you’ll end up doing exactly that, going to the DMV to fix the mess this office makes of your policies and coverages) RUN.
Joe & Alexandra were horrendous, Dismissive, and incompetent. This place used to be resourceful now it’s always a nasty attitude when i call… What happened?
Very Nasty attitudes from “Joe” … I asked to speak to a supervisor after getting yelled at and i got transferred to some girl named “Alexandra” who hung up on me… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
