Mary Alice Aguilar - State Farm Insurance Agent

Super unhappy with the service we have gotten from Mary Alice and her office team. We originally signed up for business insurance back in Dec of 2022. Called to make sure it was renewed in January 2023. She took a small payment and claimed we were good to go. In March of 2023 we reached out to get a copy of our business insurance and was given a declaration letter we sent off to our property manager. They came back and needed it in a different format. Didn't hear from her for 2 weeks to find out we actually don't have an active policy. Throughout the last year and half we can never get a hold of anyone at the office, when they finally reach out it's weeks later, and now even the main office can't find record of our payment in January yet I can see it on my bank statement. I recently went through a fire loss on my property and I cannot Thank Mary enough for all she did for me and my family. She personally showed up and was very empathetic. She let me know she was there to walk us through the process and if we needed anything. It meant the world to us that our insurance agent cared. She made us feel like family. We absolutely Love Mary and are soo grateful for her! We Highly recommend her! We would never go anywhere else!!

I have had State Farm renters insurance for a year now and honestly I never had any issue with State Farm and Mary was the first person I went to she made the process very easy and fast. Also Brandon there is amazing as well. I recently did a address change over the phone with their customer care support. He called me the next day out of consideration for me to make sure everything they did was correct.
