Outstanding customer service from Samantha M. From the moment of the initial call to the emails following. Couldn't be happier with Agent. I will be referring everyone I know to this Samantha.
There was a bus that was filled with roaches and it smeeled like if someone hasnt flush in over 3 weeks but other than that it is amazing!
Appointments are not honored here and the staff are useless. I left and did my taxes somewhere else (eagle tax and immigration on Wells) after waiting 40mins. No lo recomiendo.
