Martin Coleman: Allstate Insurance

My home insurance has double from last years price and I do NOT understand WHY? I am paying for the same house for 10 plus years and my home insurance never increased like this before. are you guys trying to render people homeless? I will NOT be renewing my home insurance with you guys again.

Everyone at the Martin Coleman Allstate Agency has always taken great care of us! We’ve been with them for years and they always provide an annual review of our coverage and help us make changes to our policies as needed.

10/10 would wreck here again :) In all seriousness though, I got in a wreck right next to this location and the staff were all lovely and let me use their wifi and sit on their porch for the 5 hours it took for the tow truck to get here.

20 years plus with company and was cancelled for non payment. I changed my bank account. No call no email no text just cancelled!

Agents are completely unhelpful and seem to think they work directly for Allstate. I needed help, instead I practically got yelled at instead. They don’t help their customers in a time of need when Allstate is clearly screwing you over on a covered loss. She stuck up for Allstate even though all the evidence says they’re wrong, including their own vendors! We even caught one of their vendors lying on video! Allstate is known for denying everything anyway, don’t waste even more of your time or money with an agent who is only there to collect their commission and nothing else.
