Martha's been my agent for over 13 years. I was in a small town in NM last Friday when I LOCKED my keys inside the trunk of my car. My phone had died, and my daughter's phone battery was down to 30%... I called her office to get help with roadside assistance. Her office staff went above and beyond by arranging Roadside Assistance without keeping me on hold, killing the little battery we had left. I was emotional from the start and her office staff kept calm and courteous with me throughout my panic phase of this ordeal. To say I am grateful, does not say enough. Thank you for always being available for me when I need you Martha, you have insured my Home and Auto for over 13 years and I just want to make sure you feel when you hear m the gratitude when I say Thank you.

I just canceled my insurance with American family insurance just because of this Agent . During 6 month’s I paid 4 different price’s at the start she gave me good rate after one or two month she changed the price and not help me any more . Plz don’t trust on her it is better to find another Agent.
