I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the worst agencies in West Michigan. Throughout my time as a client, I received substandard service for both my vehicles and home. My wife had been a client for much longer, but during my seven years with this office, I only spoke to them three times. Each time, I was passed off to a 1-800 number to resolve my issues. I canceled my policy over the phone on March 8, and they requested a confirmation via email. Unfortunately, they ignored my email and continued to charge me for two months. After realizing this, I asked for a refund and was told it would take a few weeks, but that the issue was out of their hands at the local level. I’m sure the other representatives are great. Unfortunately, Michael was not the best person to talk to. He was very condescending and just rude. There were a few moments where I was speechless. After telling me I’ll “never find a better deal” than what he’s offering, I called a State Farm branch a few cities away and they gave me a better quote and way better service.

Marsha Veenstra and her team are excellent. I am not someone who is familiar with insurance options and how it all works, but Marc went above and beyond to explain every option we needed to make a sound decision that my husband and I were comfortable with. We rely on them for all of our insurance needs. Marc has stayed late past close anytime my husband and I needed to meet after work. Excellent customer service!
