They told their insured that they paid for repairs to my car, and for my time off and enough money to cover a rental so I could work again and enough to pay any medical bills when in fact they didn't pay enough to repair the car and the body shop had to send Marsh an additional bill for short fall so they would release our car. This was an accident that occurred on 11/8/2018 where the linfield college wildcat bus pulled out behind my car from a parking lot to my right and took a sharp right turn crunching my left rear quarter panel costing me a week worth of work and my fare at the time which had a bonus attached because it was an event where surge pricing was in effect. John Lewis was the adjuster for the Claim. I would never recommend this shady Insurance company to anyone.
