I personally know Yesenia Marquez since 2016, she was my agent at another ins company. She is very knowledgeable of what she is doing, very polite and very professional. Yesenia Marquez by far is one of the worst agents at this location. She has no knowledge nor experience as an insurance agent. Her response to every situations is “I’m sorry, I’ll look into it” (never does) I do not recommend this agent/company to anyone.
Yesenia has always been so polite & professional…. The other lady Elvira? Elenor? Evelyn? The first time I EVEr laid eyes on this young lady I fell in Love with her , very odd …. A real life “Love at first sight” feeling in my chest Thank you guys for being soooo awesome
