Slow. Slow. Slow. Had to get a lawyer to even get them to answer me about dr visits and even had to have surgery and am waiting on THEM to approve another. They've been dragging things out for a year + Still waiting on checks from when I was missing work from the surgery. As someone who has had to utilize their insurance, who's boss pays into it. I wouldn't recommend because they will make it extremely hard on your employees if they get hurt.
