I have been a loyal customer of Mark Phillipi's State Farm office for decades. Why? Real people who are knowledgeable and caring typically pick up the phone in one to two rings, and they always provide helpful information. They handle all my insurance. When I needed to get Medicare Supplemental plan I went with them, because I knew I could expect great communication. Even though I moved 120 miles from their location I get everything I need, so I have no plans to switch to another office.
