Mark Patrick - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mark Patrick is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful beyond any expectations. He explains, answers any questions and introduces ideas and information that we need to know and understand. Colleen and Peggy, the office assistants are equally kind and helpful. They are always patient and wise. I could list a lot more words, but suffice it to say, their knowledge, experience, coupled with their understanding hearts has been a gift for my life that goes well beyond these mere words of mine!

I'm a long time customer. When I moved to this area I still had my original State Farm location, until I decided to switch to the Mark Patrick location. Peggy Rolls, Colleen Calo, Mark Patrick they've been my go to people. I deal with Peggy Rolls most of the time she is a great agent. Even if I moved out of state I would still stay with this location. That in itself should say something. However I don't agree with the way insurance companies do things like the rates increasing especially for those who don't have many accidents or have other claims. Now there is an increase for everything, time frame you've had your vehicle ect.... I think those that are disabled should get a discount/senior. But this is not the agents fault its the companies and GREED... Either way this is only my 2 cent

We have been with State Farm for 30 years. Until now we had been very happy with them. Just received a call saying my son has been driving around for two weeks with no insurance ! Because she forgot to send him papers! WHAT?!! How can you run a business like this. Never again, we will be seeking other insurance companies. SHAME ON YOU!!
