Mark Newby - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have 6 car policies, a home owners, camper, rental and umbrella policy with State Farm through Mark's office. Over the years, they have been outstanding. Laura is the best! In 2023, I had a very unusual one-car auto accident that tore a hole in my fuel tank. It had to be replaced. From accident to completed repair took 3 months much of which could have been avoided if the claims group had performed better. Although I cannot give State Farm's claim group even a single star, I give Laura and Mark's team 5 stars for several reason: They had the car rental in place before AAA had the tow truck at the accident scene. They filed the initial claim for me. They empathized with the situation. They endured my frustration, occasional rants and frankly threats to leave State Farm after 39 yea

Mark and his team carried all of our insurance for 17 years. We only had to switch agents when we moved out of state. Their service was exemplary, they always checked in with me if I forgot to pay a bill on time (which happens sometimes when bills are on a 6-month cycle 🙈), and every time we needed anything, they were quick and responsive. Thank you all so much for everything!

I've been with this office for years and have unfortunately had a couple fender benders and they have made the entire process painless. I was hit but another driver who gave me false insurance info from like 2007 and they found her and filed the claim and got everything covered , repaired and even found me a location that did body work and had rentals waiting for you and got them picked back up. I've needed documents on the fly and they always get them to me in minutes. Not all state farm offices are created equal folks but this one is a step above all of them . They have literally saved me from the side of the road and kept my kiddos safe . Love them
