Mark Garza - State Farm Insurance Agent

Do not recommend this agency. Aweful, Aweful, Aweful!!! Unfortunately the agent we had for many years retired and transfered everything over to the new agent Mark Garza. This man is very condescending and not a very "good neighbor." My father who had a life policy for over 30 years requested a partial withdrawl not a loan and he received a letter stating he had over $500 in interest owed. When my father called to resolve the agent kept brushing him off. I went in to the office to help my dad and the very next day Mr. Garza called my dad to tell him his rates went up. I wish i could give him a 0 Star rating but i had to put something in so that people know what kind of character this agent Mr Garza is.

I have been with Mark Garza-State Farm for almost 3 yrs now. The staff has been exceptionally helpful and reliable and very caring. I would never go anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone!!! Keep up the good work!!

They are trying to get rich off of poor folks
