Abigail is seriously the best. We need to make some updates to our policy for a rental and she was able to get them done so quickly and even followed up with us a few days later! She was sweet and helpful and we will be going back to her for any help in the future!

This office is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredibley personable and so nice and helpful. I went in thinking my prices were going to go up and they went down significantly, they try to work in all the deals they can for you! They were such an amazing help, hands down best office in town 🙌

Mark and his team (especially Angie!) always put in the effort and get things sorted out for me as quickly as possible. As someone with a constantly changing list of insured items, it's always a pleasure to work with a team who seem to truly care about the things that are important to me, and generally get what I need taken care of same-day. I recommend them very highly.

The best experience I've had with any insurance company. I recently switched my homeowners insurance over from another company, and the other company refused to issue the refund for four months. Finally, I asked them to intervene. Abby dealt with them for me, and after some back and forth and continued resistance from American Modern, Abby was able to resolve the situation for me. The price is more than reasonable, but the customer service is the real standout here. I am very appreciative of the service I received.

I have been with State Farm since I got my drivers permit. The ladies at Mark Clippard’s office have always been beyond helpful. Recently I had some challenges getting my vehicle damage estimate from the auto shop to State Farm. Abigail Williams was so helpful, from getting my estimate loaded, to checking on the status weekly and checking on me weekly! Thank you for your excellent customer service Abigail!!
