Been with StateFarm for almost 24 years , over the years I’ve insured over 12 vehicles and a home , Been through 4 teenager drivers and not even a speeding ticket let alone a vehicle claim, Home has been insured going on our 13th year with this company Which I’m currently looking eagerly for a better option than this terrible service, so all said and done I’ve paid without complaint or need of any assistance whatsoever from this company that has done absolutely nothing and in fact put us through a 6 month battle when I actually needed their assistance and help. Wife’s car was stolen from Kirkland on 00/00/0000 And was found led for dead outside of town on Baseline Rd Police was reported and claimed as stolen. Mark and his team are fabulous. Gabriella Rodriguez did a great job helping our daughter with her first housing insurance needs and she helped her save money on her auto insurance. She was kind, thorough, and very attentive to a quick deadline. Mark handles our building/organization insurance needs. He is very professional and informative. He checks in with us regularly and is a great guy all around. The team is very present in the community as well and gives back generously with service and support. Shelby has been so helpful over the years we have been customers of State Farm. She explains things in a easily understandable manner and I feel has always looked out for our families best interests. She is knowledgeable, reliable and demonstrates integrity. We consider her a friend. Since Gabriela has joined the team, we have found her to be of the same character and knowledge. We are so grateful for the ladies there!

Mark is always very quick to get back to me, even after hours when I’m having a problem or even just a question. Shelby is so helpful! I can email her what I need insured and within the hour I usually have a quote! Plus she’s sweet as can be! We’ve used this office for our insurance needs for 3 years now and never once had a problem!

Was looking for a new insurance. My current seemed that it was quite high. I had a very good driving record as did my son. We had just decided to start looking around. My son had decided to give a local insurance agent a call. His assistant Shelby was the one we met with. She was very professional and kind.
