Mark Albright - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mark has been serving our family for many, many years. Recently we added our new teenage driver to our policy. Mark went out of his way and had a conversation with her about insurance..why you need it, what happens if you have an accident or get a ticket...most importantly he reminded her that there is only 1 of her and cars are replaceable so if that drinks spills, let it be till you are stopped. Very simple tidbits we should all get and remember!! I would encourage all families to ask for this meeting with your insurance agent. Thanks again Mark for taking the time. Very much appreciated.

I had a terrible experience with Mark when I called about filing a claim when a tree fell in my backyard. He was condescending when answering my questions and acted like he was annoyed that he had to help me with my claim. When I called him out on his tone, he got super defensive and acted like I was being unreasonable. Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with him. I am most definitely cancelling my homeowner's policy because I do not want to do business with him.
