This husband and wife team handle inquiries themselves and quickly. You're not handed off to some other employee. Always friendly with great customer service skills. Although, I'm not exactly happy our auto rates continue to rise, and that's across the board. I couldn't ask for a better Agent, Mario Giannini with State Farm, to have my back when something goes awry! I got a major crack in my windshield, I called Mario & he handled everything. 2 days later my windshield was replaced, no cost to me, in my driveway. Didn't have to drive anywhere! Krista at Mario Giannini is the most helpful insurance agent you'll ever meet..and the least high pressure. We received a $400.00 auto policy increase from our current carrier and I called Krista. She saved me $400.00 plus dollars. I called my carrier to try to reduce the increase, but as Krista prepped me before hand..it was like hitting my head against the wall.I was told I would lose my Accident Forgiveness! My god at the cost of $400.00!!! Do yourself a favor...call her first. 5 stars..
