I have been with Marino for over five years, managing both my rental property and my own home with them. They have always been courteous and responsive until recently. Over the past few months, I have emailed them in November and again in December without receiving any response. I also called multiple times and never got a callback. Now, in January, I’ve reached out again, and still nothing has been resolved. It’s very frustrating to have such a lack of support, and I want to let others know that if you’re looking for a responsive and reliable agent, Marino may not be the best choice. I am very disappointed with their service and their team.
