Mariel Pace Agency: Allstate Insurance

Horrible agent, Doesn’t provide good service. Customers call to cancel because they do not get call back or cancellation done in time. She tells hers agents to not cancel to quality for her numbers. As an agent working for her she discriminate every except her prefer agent. I would do 150 calls a day and her prefer agent 30 a day. I quit and she would not pay me my full commission. Refuse to provide proof of my sales. Horrible and rude to employee and would never speak to customer to save them. Said she has no time to talk to customer. I would never in a million year recommend her. This is why nobody works for her.

I had been with my previous insurer for more than 15 years and assumed I was receiving the best rates. I can not recoup those funds, but I am so excited about saving money going forward and having extra discretionary funds for my family. -Quentin

I canceled my vehicle policy with Allstate. I had the misfortune of having Mrs. Mariel Pace as my insurance agent. Today, 6 months after canceling my policies, I received a bill saying that they did not cancel my policy when I requested it. Today I looked for this person again to ask her why I received that bill, and the person who, by the way, is quite rude, answers me that I have to pay it and that's it. I definitely do not recommend this person at all. I was looking for reviews of her and I could see that I am not the only person to whom this lady has done this.

Signed up with this agency after speaking to one of the agents. The agent was asked specific questions during the quote regarding coverage however when the documents came the coverage that was supposed to be provided was not. The agent said she will look into it with underwriting after I called back and told her that what she sent was not what we discussed. The agent never called back and after several messages left for Ms. Pace which were never returned, I am definitely shopping for a new agent and do not feel comfortable with the deceptive practices of this agency.
