I just had an interaction with this Agent. With the nastiest attitude we backed a box truck up to their door to quickly and efficiently take a desk from their neighbor the lawyers. The Agent came out all sorts of Nasty to complain about us taking her parking spaces. After extremely close inspection there was remnants of their name in the space. They had no customers in the 15 minutes we were there. The funny part is I pay about $50,000 a year in insurance, and I can promise you I wouldn't use someone like this. She should be a people person, and a salesperson. I like dealing with individuals that have a great service-oriented demeanor..... On that note check out Bernard Williams. That is an outstanding institution shop for great rates, you don't deal with representatives for the Agent but

We are transplants from Houston, one year now. Love GA but realize issues are different in every State. That said, we went on a recommendation upon buying our house with another broker, which proved, over a bit of time, not to be someone I could do business with. I started researching and chose to meet with Marianne, based on her quick response and professionalism. We met face to face, and the amount of time she gave us was excellent. We want communication, as it sends a message of care about who we are and what we want to secure through insurance. She's not disappointed in the many months we've switched. We have home and auto with her....very pleased!

Almost everyone has heard the slogan ,”You’re in good hands with Allstate. The company also espouses that their purpose isn't just about simple or affordable insurance policies. It's about people, above all else. To better connect with customers, communities and each other, Allstate says they put people above policies and always look for ways to improve and adapt to meet their needs.
