Diane has been by far the best insurance agent I’ve worked with. She is incredibly attentive, responds immediately, and is always proactive about finding the best possible quote. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing what’s right for her clients, not just closing a policy. She’s reliable, efficient, and makes the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an insurance agent they can truly trust.

I have been meaning to write this review for some time now and right now is the best time to write it. I was only shopping around for the best price for my vehicles at the time I made the inquiry to Maria Jackson’s agency when I had the pleasure of speaking with Sofia. I knew immediately from her helpful tone and willingness to listen to what I was looking for this was going to be a great customer experience and IT WAS! So much so that I moved both my auto and homeowners insurance to Allstate!! I provided her the information she requested and she was able to drill down a line by line comparison on what I was paying vs what I would be paying and it was significant!
