Stay away from this agent! she will add unknown drivers to your policy without permission and when you call to ask about it she will laugh in your face and tell you lies and won’t remove the drivers from your policy even after you tell her you don’t know them, that’s what she is doing to my mom, she thinks she is going to get away with it, but she better believe it that she will not!, they have stolen almost $800 from my mom by adding this drivers to her policy without her consent, you been warned stay way!

The worst service I've ever received been with this institution since 2019, and I was at the hospital when all of the sudden my insurance is cancelled I go to make my payment and I see no payment due on my Alstate mobile app no payment due come to find out my insurance was cancelled and have been waiting for a manager to give me a call to re initiate my insurance and I keep getting the run around that I will get a call back. I can't believe this is how they treat a member of many years. Very disappointed with this service.
