I’ve been with this insurance company for over 20 years, and I’ve never once felt the need to look elsewhere. The original owner set the bar high, and his son has kept that same level of care and professionalism. My go-to person has always been Joe, and he is honestly incredible. He’s the kind of person who answers every question (even my ridiculous ones), explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about helping you get what you need. He’s the reason my family and I have stayed with this company as long as we have and we’ll never look elsewhere for our insurance needs! I give them 100 stars, 5 simply isn’t enough!

I have been a client for at least 10 years, if not longer. My car insurance price always went up even though I have no accidents or tickets and i have even completed on online driving course to make it cheaper. Shopped around and all other insurance companies were $80-100 cheaper a month. I decided to go elsewhere, so I called and cancelled. They proceeded to charge me my full insurance amount for the month which I thought was fine due to technically using part of it but with cancelling I should get a prorated amount back …well it’s been two months, 4 phone calls and I have yet to get a refund. When i called the third time, Mark wanted to make a smart comment and say I was only getting $50 back. Let’s make this clear, I DO NOT CARE HOW MUCH IT IS, ITS NOT YOUR MONEY TO KEEP.
