Thomas has been amazing. He has been so helpful in the transition of selling my house, buying a new car, and having a claim when someone hit my brand new car. I'm older and often need more hand holding and he's been nothing but kind and patient with me.

I have been with this State Farm office for many years now. They recently changed agents as the previous agent retired, but I have seen no difference in the service that I get. I must say that Tom, who usually greets me when I go into the office or answers the phone if I call, has been nothing but fabulous. I recently got in a car accident and Tom Araujo has helped walk me through everything.
