While searching for a quality and knowledgeable insurance agent near Saint Cloud, I came across Manny's SF agency online. Being a former agent I am very picky when it comes to communication etiquette and quality service. Jose Rodriguez checked all the boxes in my search and was able to get me quality insurance for a reasonable price. More importantly answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I look forward to doing business with Jose for many years.

I almost asked him what he was wearing… but figured I’d just assume khakis and move on 😄 If you’ve dealt with insurance agents before, you already know why I’m writing this. This was just… different in a good way. I just switched to State Farm and honestly the biggest thing was the agent. The guy actually knew what he was talking about. Not reading off a script, not dodging questions, just straight answers that made sense. Usually I feel like I’m being rushed or quietly pushed into stuff I don’t need. That never happened here. I asked a bunch of questions about coverage and he broke it down in a way that actually made it click without trying to upsell me. Also didn’t feel like I was getting the “nice until you sign” treatment. It felt normal… like a real conversation instead of a sales
