The customer service is awful! I am a currently a client and have had my home owners insurance policy with them for years. I just recently inquired about an auto insurance quote. The level of unresponsiveness for a customer service business is beyond unprofessional. It’s been 2 months since the initial request. About 4 emails and 4 calls and conversations and I’m yet to get a response. I straight told them If they were so busy and didn’t want/need any more business or my business specifically to just let me know. I can’t wait to pull my homeowners insurance from them. Businesses that disregard people’s Time and efforts at this level. Can’t be trusted! Take your money to another company that values it and save yourself the frustration.
