Leslie was less than helpful and very unprofessional in several phone conversations, raising her voice and consistently interrupting. It took 9 days, 2.5 hours and 4 phone calls to Nationwide to get the information we needed. We did not have the coverage we specifically asked for which ended in a major loss for us. This agency did nothing to try and help. BEWARE!
