Vanessa is the absolute best she's been helping me for years now. Always ready so answer any question I have or the dedication she puts to finding answers! Its absolutely amazing words cant do justice! My only regret is not leaving a review sooner she truly is a special helping hand and I wouldnt trade it for anything I refinanced my vehicle and my bank offered me a discounted rate for insuring through them and honestly I didnt even consider it as an option knowing I have Vanessa to help me through things that happen is worth it BY NO MEANS DO I MEAN ITS EXPENSIVE VANESSA HAS DONE AMAZING AT GETTING ME LOWER RATES!! Before I started insuring with Vanessa as my agent I was paying nearly 100$ more which I was told "the cheapest any insurance company would offer". I could honestly go for days

Great Service! Buying insurance has become a real chore, with new rules and also increased premiums. We were totally ignored by our insurance company we had used for 15+ years after receiving a 40% increase in premiums. Talking to Fred, he told me he would take my case and get back to me. In one day, Fred got a great rate, all arranged on-line, really easy. Great response time with questions and all was done. on time. Great Service!

Mike was very helpful with explaining the coverages that I needed. He was able to save me money with better coverage than what I had with my previous insurance carrier. Luke was very responsive and helpful with getting the paperwork completed and my policy issued. I wish I would have found them a long time ago!
