Honestly, there is not enough space on the internet to list what an awful insurance agency this is. In my 45 years of all types of insurance, I have not experienced anything like this. My agent Tony Sanchez talked about how he is special and my experience with him and with his broker was just the opposite. Contacting Tony was always difficult. Typically I had to send a few messages to get him to call back. Sometimes weeks in-between. He once sold me a wrong policy which I caught and he blamed on someone else. Then his follow-up on my credit was useless. My payments were all messed up and after several calls to Tony, I contacted the insurance company myself to straighten it out.
