People are now working from home. You hear dogs and babies in the background. I requested a quote for basic business liability insurance to cover my practice if someone falls in the hallway, fire, flood, with business interuprion insurance. They don't call back, they don't email quotes, etc.

I agree with Gary. People are not responsive anymore. It took me 6 months, multiple phone calls, and emails for MAG to tell me they are not going to cover me as a Medical Director as it is an administrative role?? In the mean time, I dutifully paid my premium. I have had policy as a Pathologist for 23 years.

not good company i cancelled my policy on 11/18/2020, did not get refund x 10 wks i have to report to BBB, commissioners of insurance to get refund!!!!!!

I was there doing repairs on a PC. Nice staff very friendly.

Very cooperative, helpful, responsive, etc. in brief, the level of service was excellent.
