I tried calling them to ask questions about ACA plans and no one answered. Since the location isn’t that far from me I decided to walk in to see if an insurance agent could help me better understand the plans I was eligible for… Unfortunately for me the agent at the front desk did not want to help me with a question regarding ACA health plans as I did my ACA application myself. If they’re so upset that they couldn’t get commission off my application they should’ve said so. They’ve now decided to call me multiple times after I left. 0/5 stars I have no clue how they’re in business.

This is my second year using this company for health care insurance through my agent Rosmari Carrera, and I must say that I’m very happy with the service. Rosmari is the best when it comes to customer service and assistance with helping you get the best insurance for you. Highly recommended.

Rosmari Carrera is amazing at helping me get the best health insurance that fits my needs! I find the process to be difficult on my own, but she has helped make it much more simple. This is my third year of working with her and I can’t imagine working with anyone else for my health insurance!
