Jordan Maddox fails to keep in contact with his customers. When there is an issue with your insurance he does not let you know and dodges your calls for months. He does not fix his own mistakes, nor does he know how to properly handle business. He is highly unprofessional, non trustworthy, and lies to cover his own mistakes. I would not recommend him to even my worst enemy.
