Would absolutely recommend using Maci with American Family anyday! Always very thoughtful, very patient, meets every need possible & goes above & beyond for their customers!

Went in there to get a quote for insurance and the lady didn't want to do anything she just looked at us like we were dumb cuz she's too busy on her cell phone some business I wouldn't go

I have moved to Missouri from California and I needed apartments insurance, and American family has helped me so much! I am a struggling college student and Salina worked with me to get a good price on coverage for my apartment. Every time I go into the office they are so nice and welcoming and make me feel like an appreciated customer! Such a great insurance facility!

We've been with Ed Leahy at American Family ever since he started at the office in Aurora & cant say enough good things about him & his knowledgeable staff. A few years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of my transmission going out while driving on a busy highway with my 4 children on board, while my husband was out of town. When I called the office, to arrange a tow, Ed get on the line, got our location & personally came to get us. You don't find many people willing to go that extra mile..but Ed does. He's also a strong supporter of the community & a great example of honesty & integrity to all.

I've been with this agency as a customer for almost 4 months now and they are just the worst people i have had insurance with. I set up automatic bill pay with them and still i get letters and phone calls saying I'm 3 months behind on my payment I. I srt automatic bill pay up so I don't forget or if I'm out of town . My Husband and I travel alot for his job and are very busy. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone not even a person I didn't like. They need to get it together or get a different job they can do.
