The cost for our home and auto doubled in a year. The agent's explanation was "that's just the way it is." We found another insurance company that offered a similar policy for a fraction of the cost.

M&M was able to find me homeowners and auto insurance at a lower cost and better coverage than what I had before, even when keeping my same carrier for the auto insurance. I also found out personal cyber insurance wasn't very expensive, and got that too. The agent and staff were very friendly and helpful!

If you need insurance quickly do not contact M&M Insurance. I contacted them because a family member used them years ago and we were very happy with the service and personal touch. My most recent experience is that they are very professional and polite but lack any since of urgency. Obviously new clients aren't a priority - guess they are just too big now. I asked to finalize everything over a week ago was told it could be done by end of business on Monday. A week later after a follow up email I get a phone call with an apology. I give my credit card info and again ask if I can have the documents by end of day tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and they don't take that kind of credit card. Why it took 24 hours to know if you take that form of payment seems a little ridiculous to me. Roll forward to
