This place is a joke and went down hill after Lorraine left. They are unorganized, sloppy and their communication is awful. I have tried to reach out to Karen on several occasions, and she is never in office. The older gentleman that answered is crabby, miserable to the point where I felt bad I was calling. When Karen did finally get back to me, her tone was rude and honestly, unwelcoming. Is that how you want to run a business? Do you want your clients to feel unvalued, and like a P.O.S for calling you with their needs? Also, why would I want to go to someone who is never there, and takes ages to get back to me? This is the best place to get your insurance. I was getting ripped off from another insurance company and Karen doubled my coverage and lowered my payments. This is an honest, quality place to do business. I recommend Damstesder's with the highest rating!!!

Super disappointed. Been trying to get in contact with Karen since Monday afternoon when she said she would run our quote and call me back. I've called and left messages and finally today called again and got ahold of her, only to be told she told me Monday she would call me today (I wouldn't have agreed to this as our current insurance is up now, 3 days after my initial call) and that she would run our quote and call me back in 20 minutes. That was 1 hour and 46 minutes ago. We just want insurance. We aren't trying to be tricky, we aren't withholding information, we aren't doing anything crazy or difficult, we just want car and home insurance...

Karen Damstetter is amazing, she will work her butt off for you. Our whole family goes to her so thats 3 different insurance policies she has done for us. I recommend her to everyone I know!
