My mom passed away and I alerted them that she passed and he was distraught on the phone and said he would take care of everything. This happened in February, and now in November I am getting renewal notifications on a house we do not own any longer. I also got sent to collections for a bill that I thought was taken care of in May. Now I know some of you think he is a great guy, and so did my parents, but I am here to tell that I am utterly tired of them and wish everyone would stop using their services. If you continue to use them don't be surprised by their underhandedness.

I have been a customer for years and have referred them a lot. I’ve gotten excellent service everytime I’ve had to call or email them. Highly recommend
