Luis does an exceptional job explaining policies and providing guidance before selecting plans, which made me feel confident I was getting the best policies for my needs. I also worked with Rebecca who was patient, kind and went above and beyond my expectations in addressing my requests. I think everyone would be happy with the insurance experience provided by this amazing team.

I had State Farm insurance with another agent but Luis’s office has been so helpful these past few months. I had major difficulties with my agents office and Luis was willing to lend a helping hand to get things taken care of. Rebecca and Joanna were also so kind and helpful through this process. They showed excellent customer service, they were empathetic to the situation and gave me a lot of good advice. Luis provided exceptional service. Not only did he provide me with several quotes that fit my needs, he also took the time to review and compare my old policy with what he was offering me. He went over all the fine print with me (something I overlooked with my old insurance) and offered me the best coverage for our families 4 vehicles. I’m not an easy customer. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing. He also has friendly staff. He is super responsive and always willing to help and answer any questions. Best of all, he’s not a pushy insurance agent. He lets you take your time to review everything before signing up. I strongly recomend him for all your insurance needs. Keep up the good work sir!
