LUBA Workers' Comp

If you have a worker’s comp case with this company you might as well save yourself the time and frustration and get a lawyer immediately. I’ve been dealing with them for over a year. All they have done is waste my time and try to get out of paying my medical bills. The first claims adjuster Amanda was trying to close the case before she had even seen my injuries. Now my new claims adjuster Ray Hernandez has never once called me back in the last 4 months to address the medical bills that need to be paid. This company is unprofessional. Get yourself a lawyer so you don’t have to go through what I’ve had to deal with for over one year now.

These are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with> I had a so called "Nurse" hang up on me and tell me to stop wasting her time, when I requested a simple status of a precertifation for a burn victim who needs surgery. Talk about unprofessional.

An employee of local lumber company fractured his left-hand little finger and received medical hospital help and 40 Physical treatment, 16 more than regularly given, but needs more therapy, They refused to do this. Unhappy person.

Nothing has been pleasant about dealing with this company at all!
